Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to officially book your session and hold your date. This payment goes toward your total balance. The remaining amount is due by the day of your session (unless noted otherwise in your invoice or contract). Once your retainer is received, your date is all yours — and I’ll be in touch to plan the details and make sure everything runs smoothly! Payment Policy Your final payment is due on or before your session date. Payments can be made online through the provided invoice link. Please note that images and galleries will not be delivered until the final balance is paid in full. Cancellation Policy Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time on my calendar. If you need to cancel, your payment cannot be transferred to another session unless discussed and approved in advance. Rescheduling Policy Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Your retainer will transfer to a new date if rescheduled within 30 days (based on availability). In case of illness or inclement weather, we’ll work together to find a new date that fits both our schedules. Turnaround Time Your proof gallery will be ready within one week, and final edited images are delivered within two to four weeks, depending on the session type.
